Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's services:
- Messages and screenshots you voluntarily submit for AI analysis
- Optional profile information (age range, gender, relationship status) and app preferences (language, theme)
- Account information (email address) when you create an account
- Usage data such as analysis counts and subscription status, processed anonymously where possible
- Security and consent records include account/device identifiers, IP address, user agent, accepted policy text/version and UTC timestamp. Account deletion removes your login account and associated history/profile/cards. Legal consent records may be retained for legal obligations, with the account reference removed.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate and improve the App:
- To generate AI-powered message interpretations and reply suggestions
- Syckrech does not save submitted screenshots in history. Message text and results are saved automatically to your account history until deleted. AI providers may process or retain requests under their own policies; we do not promise zero retention by third parties. You can withdraw permission in Settings; further AI requests will be blocked.
- Security and consent records include account/device identifiers, IP address, user agent, accepted policy text/version and UTC timestamp. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the basis of: (1) performance of a contract when providing the App to registered users; (2) your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; and (3) our legitimate interests in maintaining security, preventing fraud, and improving the App, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
