The user assumes full and sole responsibility for any legal, personal, or relationship consequences resulting from the use of these messages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syckrech and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of privacy, or emotional distress) arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded under the laws of England and Wales (including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Our total liability for any direct claims shall be strictly limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or £50, whichever is greater. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
